We supply 100% genuine diesel engine assy and engine ,We also carry OEM parts for Cummins engine,Cummins parts,Renault engine,Renault Dci11 parts,Volvo engine,Volvo parts,Deutz engine,Deutz parts,Yuchai engine,Yuchai parts,Caterpillar parts.

3.What kind of warranty do these parts have?

For Genuine engines we offer 12 months or 1000 working hours warranty which come first!

For OEM engines we offer 8 months warranty and 800  working hours warranty which come first!

4.How fast are the delivery lead times?

For ISF2.8/ISF3.8/QSF2.8/QSF3.8/ISGe engines usually need about 5 working days!

For 4B3.9/6B5.9/QSB5.9/ISBE6.7/ISDe6.7/6C8.3/QSC8.3/6L8.9/QSL9/Z13 such engines usually need about 5 working days!

For M11QSM11/Nta855/K19/K38/K50 engines usually need about 7 working days!

For QST30/QSK23/QSX15 engines usually need about 15 working days or more.

There are some exceptions though and you must contact us in order to know exactly how much lead time your particular situation requires.

5.What kinds of forms of payment do you accept?

Alipay,T/T or L/C

6.How can I be sure that these are the correct parts for my engine?

As long as you have contacted us and provided us with your engine serial # or other information necessary to identify your parts you should be fine. 

7.How to find your engine's serial?

If you are needing to rebuild your engine you can take the following steps in order to properly identify your engine and the rebuild kit that corresponds to it.

Cummins engine and model numbers are engraved on a metallic plate located on the driver's side front cover. All Cummins serial numbers are eight numeric digits. If the identification plate is missing, the engine serial number is stamped on the passenger side of the cylinder block, near the rear of the engine.

By sea:Large order with big size and heavy, not urgent

By express:Little parts, small size and weight, no matter urgently or not, you should choose the way, and we will check the cost and give you the most economical option.
